All Map-Star products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Map-Star will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.



Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please note that a 15% restocking fee of merchandise value is applicable to ALL RETURNS. No return will be accepted after 14 days of receiving the shipment.
A Return Merchandise Application (RMA) number must accompany any merchandise returned. Mark the RMA number on the invoice and outside the box. Any merchandise returned without the RMA number will not be accepted. You may get the RMA number from the store you purchased it.
Merchandise must be in original condition with all original packaging, components, instructions and warranty materials.
Include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you bring it to the store you purchased or use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Credit (excluding shipping and handling, and restocking fee) will be issued once we receive the returns.
